If you contact us via the Website (for example using a contact form, email, or phone number displayed), you agree that we may respond using the contact details you provide.
7.2 Quotes and estimates
Any quote or estimate we provide (whether via email, telephone, or otherwise) may be subject to:
- a site inspection/survey;
- confirmation of scope, access, and property condition;
- validity period stated in the quote; and
- our separate service terms (issued at booking/contract stage).
Unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing, quotes are not binding until accepted by you and confirmed by us.
7.3 Bookings
Where the Website allows you to request a booking (or you request one after finding us via the Website), your booking is only confirmed once we confirm it in writing (including by email or message).
8) Payments (where applicable)
If we take payments or deposits following an enquiry initiated via the Website, the specific payment terms (amount, timing, method, refund rules) will be set out in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation, and/or our service terms.
9) Cancellation and rescheduling (summary)
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel certain contracts made at a distance or off-premises, subject to legal exceptions (for example, where services are fully performed or where you have asked us to start services within the cancellation period). Our detailed cancellation/rescheduling rules will be provided at booking and in our service terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10) User content (if you send us material)
If you submit information, photos, videos, measurements, plans, or other content to us (for example via email or a form), you confirm that:
- you have the right to send it to us; and
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You grant us a limited right to use that material for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, producing a quote, arranging a booking, carrying out a survey, preparing a report, or providing services. We will handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
